GrandTech (TWSE: 6123) Reports 4th Quarter Financial Report, 72millions Net Profit before Tax and 1.34 EPS Before Tax, its highest quarterly record

Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., 20 Jan 2016 -- GrandTech (TWSE: 6123) today reported its Q4 net profit before tax of NT$72 M and NT$1.34 EPS before tax, the highest quarterly record; and Year 2015 Annual Net Profit before tax of NT$1.9B on a consolidated basis, the second highest record.

GrandTech's strong growth momentum carried through the second half of the year, as the revenue gradually rebound, profitability also stably grown. Other than broke records with NT$1.34 EPS before tax, the net profit before tax (NT$ 72 million) also reflected over 100 % growth and was historically high. In addition, the annual net profit before tax of 1.9B consolidated basis, was the second highest record. Each business group's focus on the core business has delivered steady growth, especially the growth driven by Distribution and Enterprise Business Unit in Taiwan and Hong Kong. GrandTech has achieved significant milestones in execution its transformation strategies, getting rid of the weeds from the chaff and core competencies focus.

For Year 2016, despite there will be few expected on-going impacts, such as worldwide economic and political uncertainties, coupled with expected weak domestic market, GrandTech will continue its transformation, focus on expanding current promising business model and territories, and continuous improvement on operation excellence. With the completion of the acquisition on Hong Kong based company, Senco-Masslink, officially merged into GrandTech’s folds in Jan. 2016, Senco's strength in Enterprise and Education market will enhance the coverage in HongKong, Macau and Southern China, a catalyst to GrandTech continuous growth.

GrandTech’s philosophy to recruit more entrepreneurs in the region into its “Entrepreneur’s Paradise” will continue to be the key strategy to enlarge its foundation for continuous growth, and maximize its share values to all the shareholders.
