GrandTech (TWSE: 6123) reports May 2016 consolidated revenue NT$399M, YoY growth of 28%

Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., June 8th, 2016 -- GrandTech (TWSE: 6123) today reported May 2016 consolidated revenue of NT$399M, 28% YoY.

The growth momentum is still strong, though it is into low season; Each business group performed well with 28% YoY in May, revenue of NT$399M. Revenue contribution mostly driven by Distribution and Enterprise Business Unit, especially in Hong Kong. In additional to that, Honlynn, the subsidiary company in POBG (Printing & Office Supply Business Group) also performed well and kicked start the IT equipment leasing to SMB in Taiwan.

Despite the headwinds the company faces from the volatile worldwide economic and political scenario, GrandTech will continue to focus on core competency to pursue revenue growth opportunities aggressively in Greater China and SEA; and operational excellence in managing the new business venture for sustainable growth with better returns to the shareholders.
