GrandTech (TPEx:6123) reports June 2017 consolidated revenue NT$383M, -14% YoY; 30% YoY if recently disposed business units excluded as the base.

Taipei,Taiwan, R.O.C., June 10th , 2017 -- GrandTech (TPEx: 6123) reported June 2017 consolidated revenue of NT$383M, MoM 63%, -14% YoY. GrandTech quoted, however, Revenue increased 30% YoY if the revenues on the recent disposed businesses are excluded.

June is the last month of second quarter, GrandTech quoted, group founding business (excluded discontinued business) grew organically more than 60% MoM, and YoY grew 30% despite the impact on stronger Taiwan Dollar. The contribution were driven by Creative & Cloud Service Business (CCSB) and subsidiary, NetCore Co. in Enterprise Business Group. NetCore performed well and set record high both in revenue and growth rate.

The Consolidated revenue of 2nd Quarter at NT$875M, YoY -28%, but the business revenue grew 13%, YoY and 15% QoQ if recent disposed businesses excluded.

GrandTech evolves strategically into a company with diversified business groups for healthy and sustainable growth, focus on increasing value-added solutions and services to enterprise market. GT strived to acquire additional well-known professional software and hardware as the SaaS Publisher, and also integrate with “ internet+” DNA to transform into Cloud Service Business. As the newest kid in the block on Microsoft two-tier Could Service Partner Distributor in Taiwan, GrandTech has reached another significant milestone with the proven ability and experiences gained from Adobe Cloud transformation, to deliver professional consultancy and services to the market.

On the other hand, potential high growth in Dynamic Digital Print business will be the key growth area for GrandTech, and continuous search on the potential M&A target or entrepreneur or sales team to strengthen its foundation for sustainable growth with higher ROE to loyal stakeholders.
