Taipei, Taiwan, R.O.C., June 10, 2019 -- GrandTech (TPEx: 6123) reported consolidated revenue at NT$336M in May 2019, 18% YoY growth. GrandTech quoted, a continued growth momentum and YoY steady growth in May contributed by subscription based recurring revenue from CCSB (Creative and Cloud Services Business) and EBG (Enterprise Business Group). The Company's cumulative consolidated sales revenues from January to May in 2019 were NT$1.76 billion, a 25 percent increase as compared to NT$1.4 billion for the same period in 2018.
Focusing on stable business growth of ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue), GrandTech continues to seek strategic alliance and M&A projects that brings substantial opportunity for good to GrandTech Group. The Company believes the continuous fundamental growth is the reward to their loyal shareholders.
GrandTech held its 2019 Annual Shareholders Meeting on June 6, passed the resolutions on per share cash dividend of NT$3.1 and NT$0.5 bonus share. The cash dividend EX-date on June 24, 2019, Entitlement date at June 30, 2019 and payment date at July 12, 2019.
